Apprenticeship Program
Bramco-MPS offers a robust apprenticeship program which combines on-the-job training with academic instruction for those technicians that are first entering the workforce or who have limited on the job experience. Brandeis’ apprenticeship program is 24 months long and offers technicians the opportunity to be full time employees of Bramco-MPS while gaining knowledge and building experience around our products and services. The classroom training portion of the program is provided at our state of the art training facility at the Bramco corporate headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky.
For the first 18 months of the program, each month technicians will have 1 week of classroom training in Louisville, Kentucky (all expenses paid) and then 3 weeks of on-the-job training with an assigned mentor in the field at the technician’s home branch. The final 6 months of the program will focus on specific skills needed at technician’s home branch, which may include manufacturer training, specific brand training, or industry specific training.
All technicians are hired as full-time technical employees of Bramco-MPS making them eligible for:
